Ashley has been with the fast-expanding Griffin Residential Group since 2009 and has worked throughout the A13 corridor in various positions from Junior Estate Agent to General Manager.
Ashley’s expertise cover lettings & property management as well as property sales and auctions. In 2022, Ashley accepted the role of Partner and took over the popular David Abbott Estate Agents and re-branded this to Griffin Residential ( Incorporating David Abbott) . The office become the 7th agency in the company’s portfolio.
From the Pitsea based office, they cover Basildon & Castle Point. The Griffin Residential Group now successfully sells property throughout Castle Point, Basildon, Thurrock and Havering.
